Claims Letters™ lets organizations standardize what matters while giving users flexibility where it’s needed. Each template defines the required controls, default behavior, and options available to the person preparing the letter.
Lock or allow edits to content and policy language, permit recipient details to be customized, or let users request approval even when it isn’t required. Your organization decides where the process is fixed and where users can adapt it to the claim.
All companies are different - some want strict control over content management, others trust their template manager(s). Claims Letters™ makes it easy to sequentially edit, approve, and deploy templates, without interfering with current letter writing processes.
Create a new template (from scratch or import), or make edits to an existing in-use template. Templates in draft mode will only be made available to the rest of the department upon approval.
Claims Letters™ provides a few ways to test templates, including testing product versions (or all product versions) with either instant PDF document generations, or sample writing the letter itself.
When a template is ready, the content manager selects Promote to submit it for approval. Claims Letters routes the template to the designated template approver, as defined in your company's settings.
Designated approvers can approve or deny the template with revision notes. Once approved, any content manager can activate it across the department, replacing the previous version or making a new template available.
