- Automated Abuse: Using bots, scripts, scrapers, or automated tools to access or interact with the Services without written permission.
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from the Services.

2. Customer Data Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that Customer Data submitted to the Services:
- does not violate any law or regulation;
- does not infringe the rights of others;
- does not contain malicious or harmful content;
- is handled in accordance with your own internal policies and obligations.
3. Security Responsibilities
You agree to:
- maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;
- use strong passwords and protect access to your devices;
- notify Claims Letters immediately of unauthorized access or suspected security incidents;
- ensure that only authorized individuals access the Services.
4. Competitor Restrictions
Organizations that actively offer products or services that compete with Claims Letters are not permitted to access, use, or view the Services, including the Claims Letters Word Add‑in, Web App, or any related content or software, without express written permission from Claims Letters.
5. Fair Use and Resource Limits
You may not use the Services in a manner that:
- exceeds reasonable request volumes;
- creates excessive load on infrastructure;
- attempts to circumvent usage limits, licensing restrictions, or billing structures.
6. Third‑Party Services
If you integrate third‑party services with the Claims Letters platform, you must ensure that such integrations comply with this AUP and all applicable third‑party terms.
7. Enforcement
Claims Letters may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we determine that a violation has occurred or if necessary to protect the Services, our customers, or the public.

8. SOC 2 Compliance
Claims Letters maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance. As part of our security and compliance obligations, we enforce this AUP to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Services. Violations of this AUP may impact our ability to maintain compliance and will be addressed accordingly.
